to sell or part out? 200

I bought my 84 turbo 240 to drive till my project wagon was ready for the road. That should be happening towards the end of the month. So i will be getting rid of the 244 glt. Now i'm just trying to figure out what the car would be worth as is or if it would be worth me to part out. It's a 1984 has about 150,000 on it runs great body is clean. the truck floor in the wells is gone and the floor is starting to rot. i just took the cat out of the car and is replaced with a piece of pipe so that would have to be changed. I'm the seventh owner and work at the dealer where it has been serviced since new. the cat. back is about 6 months old. NOw the interior is for lack of better words SHOT. seats and dash in rough shape the rest is ehhhh. so what do you's think would be a good price to ask for the car whole? thanks in advance
