I dunno, shipping a tranny to HI couldn't be too much if you are willing to wait for a container going that way on a ship...lol
Heck, M410's are plentiful in the local pick and pull... can't say what sorta condition they'd be in though.
So far no help, sorry. You may be able to get it rebuilt for not too bad. What am I saying... Can you read a manual and turn a wrench? The transmission isn't that complicated... just fussy. You could probably do it in a couple nights (with two weeks in between for parts to arrive).
