Here's the plan to fix the AC, I need so advice 700

So, I have been putting off fixing my AC for some time now. I have been going back and forth between either replacing the pulley and clutch or replacing the entire compressor. About 2 minutes ago, I was just going to replace the compressor but after further consideration and some quick reading, I have decided that it is out of my budget and skill level to do this. So, I need to know how to remove the clutch and stuff from the front of the compressor. I have already read the FAQ's but I don't know how to get the pulley off of the compressor. Is there a tool that I need that I don't have or do I need really long 5mm screws? Could somebody give me a blow-by-blow of how to replace the clutch and pulley please?

Thanks,
Eamon
