Steering Question 940 900 1992

Gentlemen:

When I turn to the left quickly and let go, the steering wheel corrects back to a center course (rather quickly). When I turn to the right quickly and let go, the steering wheel stays on a course going right (never corrects to the center.)

Also, when I let go of the wheel entirely the car veers to the right no matter what the road crest grade.

Suggestions?

P.S.: I recently got two new tires for the front and the rear tires are about nine months old. I had an alignment done when I got the two new front tires. I had it aligned again by a different shop to see if that was the problem. No luck. Bad tire maybe?

Regards,
Robert
