700/900 bumper cover interchangeability 700 2000

I intend to replace the front and rear bumper covers on my 1990 745 (See pic at top of this thread) and am wondering if the facelifted (1989-92) 700 and the 900 use the same bumper covers. Judging from my 'on the road' observations and my study of photos of facelifted 700s and the 900, it looks like the only real external difference between the cars is the bonnet, grille and lights.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks in advance :)
