Hard initial start 200

Had the same problem on an 86 240. Solved about 90% of it by pulling the fuel rail with the injectors, cleaning and installing new o-rings ( injectors were really dirty/crusty, o-rings were old and hard) and running two tank fulls of Techron full strength fuel cleaner to help clean the intake and valves. This one had sat a while, and had been neglected before that.I also had installed new pumps, FPR, lines, sock, filter, and cleaned/siphoned crud off the bottom of the tank. what a mess.
