940 Power seat with memory not working 900 1994

Hello,
I have a 1994 940 wagon w/ a single, driver side power seat, with memory, that won't move at all. I just purchased the car so don't know if it has ever worked.

So far I've:
Verified that the switches work (by using an ohm meter)
Power is getting to the switches
All the connections seem secure
Fuses are both good (replaced just in case)

What else can I do? Is there a relay somewhere (its not on the switch circuit board like it is with non-memory seats)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
