Water Leak Issue 700

Hello all!

SO yesterday during a heavy downpour I witnessed a new water leak in my `89 740 wagon.
I've already followed the info on the 700/900 faq and I replaced the vent panel inserts with the updated version from the dealer. I spotted the leak was on the passenger side i'd say right between the center console and the kick panel.I think it might be the gasket for the wiper motor. Or could it be the window seal? What would my more knowledgeable brickboard members recommend?
