Ideas on Customizing Daughter's Car 900 1996

Replaced my 17 year old daughter's 1988 240GL with a 1996 960 (got a heck of a deal). She is happy with the vehicle but really wants to do something to personalize it.

She first thought about repainting it (from it's current white to red) and, after convincing her it was a bad idea (refusing to allow it really) she now is thinking about wheels. Any thoughts about this or any other ideas that would help it not look so drab?

Also, anyone have an idea of where I could find a manual for the DIYer that addresses this vehicle? I saw a CD on ebay that claims to cover everything (electrical, mechanical, body, etc) for this (as well as all other Volvos) - is this any good (worth the $30.00 +/-)?

Many thanks - Ted in Albuquerque
