K-Jet Air/fuel control unit rubber mounts - how to replace? 200 1980

On my 1980 245DL B21F, the air/fuel mixture control unit (the metal item that the rubber boot sits on under the throttle body) is supported by two rubber cylindrical pieces - the front one has a bolt connected to a metal disc that seems like it was glued to the face of the rubber piece. The disc has separated from the rubber piece, so the control unit is tilting down, making it tough to get the boot on properly. I removed the bolt and disc, but it's not obvious how to get the rubber piece off the control unit to replace it - is it pressed on, screwed on, glued on? Does anyone know what I'm talking about - any tips are appreciated. Thanks
