AC Success Story 900 1995

Another problem saved by the Brickboard! My AC (which I recently had a leak repair done for $1200) had been cutting out at highway speeds and would come back to life if I stepped hard on the accelerator. Brought it back to the shop and they couldn't diagnose because it wouldn't fail for them.

So I followed the Brickboard advice and took out my AC control unit and checked the solder points. It just so happened that the exact same solder shown in the FAQ seemed to be cracked. I reflowed it with my dad, buttoned everything back up, and haven't had a problem yet.

Saved many hundred dollars. Thanks again for the sage advice.
