Okay let me see if i can answer everything here,

First, Heres and odd one, i am unable to get my timeing light to work on the car. Just to be sure it still worked i hooked it up to my 89 764T and it worked as normall.

PO said car was running perfect before head gasket blew, he also provided me with a copy of all Mainteance records since 78000 mile's, currently she sit's at 215K
I just swapped out FPR no change.

Air Box was removed during installation of head due to tool falling behind it and water bottle, all is clean

Just pulled injector's per your suggesting all appear to be shooting/fireing normall, at least during crank cycle's, the engine start's up perfectly like any other volvo engine it's when it trys to go into idle or just a normall run state it jack's up

Pulling amm as suggested had little change other then the fact it doesnt stall out, otherwise running issue is same, pulling throttle at the same time does seem to help alittle but still same issue bump bump bump.

head gasket was blowen between #2 and slightly towards #1 compression showed #2 at 0 #1 at 130, no water or oil passeges breached during failure. once head was removed i could see a quater inch sections of metal blowen away off gasket piston ring. head was warped but not due to overheading, possible crack around #2 unknown i just went out and found a newly rebuilt head in the pick yard luck me no carbon build up so new.\

PO had car serviced at diff mechanic's but always reputable.
