if youve checked the relay, syl, and kickdown cable and all those are well, your probly one of those few like me who have or had a bad OD gov in the tranny, if this is the case kick your car hard because it require's a new one, but why replaced just the gov for that price you can get a rebuilt one. I would deff double check the Kickdown cable if you have not already as it can easly cause these problems.
