1800 Electric fan conversion redux 1800

I know this has been brought up before, and that the agreed solution is a pusher rather than a puller. But the fan clutch on my ES is making that eerie death rattle, and it's already been replaced -- I'm thinking I'd like to just lose the whole thing and go with an electric puller in its place.

First of all, is it physically possible to fit one in there, and if so, how? Any other suggestions? I'd like to do this reasonably soon, before the fan clutch gives out and whatever happens, happens.

Thanks in advance.
