lack of power/idle 200 1987

I cleaned the throttle body, adjusted the idle and changed the timing belt on my car and it has not been running like it should. It still runs with no stalling or other problems but there is less power and when sitting at idle, the idle moves around and it never used to do that. I figured the timing was off, so I got a timing light and checked and it seems to be right on. I am kind of stumped now. I reconnected all of the vacuum hoses when I did the throttle body and non of them seemed to be leaking or anything.

I am confused because I started having the problems right after I did the work so I am guessing it something related. However, it kind of seem like the injectors could need to be cleaned or something fuel related. please give me some ideas of what to look for.

TIA
