Hard starting 1991 / 940 Turbo ( cold or warm engine)

This 1991 / 940 starts hard , at least 5 full cranks before it starts. First thing in the morning or after a short stop makes no difference. I thought that the fuel pressure / fuel supply at the injectors was low but that is not the case. Knowing this I assume that either the injectors are slow to engage or that the spark is delayed. There is no indication once the car starts that it is "running rich" which leads me to belive that it is a lack of fuel problem.

I do not know were to go from here, please advice.

Gunnar
