High beam wiring problem 200 1988

"I think that's the point in this problem. The wiring was changed significally and it's impossible now to reproduce BFWS terminals. How can I "simulate" those two blue wires @ #2 & #7? What are they? Hot 12V?"

I described those two Blue wires earlier (Monday)...

"There is no 86b on the step relay. I guess you mean 56b which should have a Gray wire running back into the cabin to the Bulb Failure Sensor. From the BFS, 2 Blue wires come out, one to each Low Beam."

The Gray wire (hot with Low Beams selected) comes INTO the BFWS at #6 (56b), goes thru two oarallel sensing coils, then LEAVESthe BFWS at treminals #2 (56bL) and #7 (56bR) via the two Blue wires to the Left and Right headlights.

I don't know where those 2, 6, and 7 pin numbers are, except on some diagrams. But the others are on the bottom of the BFWS. Find 56b then count CCW left to 56bL (6) and 56bR (7).

The Gray wire connected to the 2 Blues should give you Low beams, which I guess you lready have, since you posted about a High Beam problem. But the Highs don't go through the BFWS (and yours has been "eliminated"?), so why are we there?

Here's the normal (non-flasher) HIGH BEAM wiring at the stepper relay...
INPUT—Terminal 56 Yellow wire from headlight relay in cabin
OUTPUT—Terminal 56a, when relay is toggled to High position, plus R/W wire to High Beam indicator
