I had some 140 seats in my old 122. Took a bit of fabricated bracketry underneath there to make them fit, but no modifications to seat or car were needed. They were a bit wider than the original seats (this was a '63 and had the old toadstool seats) but fit wasn't too much of a problem. Although it was harder to reach down between the seat and door and grab the handbrake.
