Inner tie rod 200

I was told by my allignment shop that I needed inner tie rods. They tell me that there are two different types. Cam and ZF rack.. Ok I think mine is Cam since my boots are different sizes on the ends. Now are the tie rods supposed to have inner threads or outer threads for the Cam Gear Rack?? Anyone know the difference.. All the parts stores have are the outer thread type, which is which??? HELP!!!
