Uneven Idle. 200

When I start the car I noticed a clicking sound (which I think is the clutch to the cooling fan?) and that the engine idles unevenly - almost as if it's running on 3 pistons only.
I have replaced alternator and flame trap. Might this have to do with the injectors. I am running some injector cleaner is with the gas. Although I just got the car the injectors appear to be fairly new.
Any ideas on the uneven idle?
