How much should I pay for a 1990 245 174kmi? 200

I just looked at a 1990 245DL. It has 174kmi, new: steering rack, ac drier,
air flow meter, water pump, good tires. Overall apperance very good, but needs a good cleaning. Auto Trans fluid needs changing. Shocks are bad. Probably needs a bunch of other repairs. Asking price $2,900. Car is in NJ.
