Project 'Quick Brick' about to commence! 200 1979

Well guys the house is almost sold and the "Boss" said go ahead and build it!
I am currently the proud owner of my latest Volvo a 79 242 gt. It's classic primer grey right now and is getting a lowly 2.1 dropped in for temp use, I am however pulling the b230f out my wife's 86 and am going to give it some serious attention. I have a couple of questions for the brick gurus...
1. Has anyone tried using a td04 turbo and if so how were the results?
2. I would like to lower the compression and install turbo pistons, does anyone know of a source for these or am I better off getting them custom made?
3. I am a little confused on wheather or not to use a blow off valve or a compressor bypass?
4. I would like to run at least 15lbs of boost, will a stock turbo cam do the job or is it custom time again?
5. does the b230f have oddbal size injectors or can I swap in something a little more substantial without machine work?
I know these seem like fairly general questions, But I am hoping to save some trial and error time but utilising the resourses of you fellow bricksters.
Thanks in Advance
and keep your eyes open for future episodes of the "quick Brick" buildup.
