No start, no fuel, no spark 89 740t 700

Well, earlier this summer my old turbo blew up with quite a bit of mileage on the ODO. It took a dive around 240k. Otherwise, very strong car, no mechanical or electrical problems, well maintaned it ran very strong up until I had to take the car off the road to replace the turbo. I spent the summer getting the unit rebuilt and swapped the turbo back onto the car, but now for some reason it will not start. When I place the key into the ignition, the familiar hum of the fuel pumps cannot be heard, nor is there spark coming from the coil when I mount a spark plug tester to it. No start, no spark, no nothing. The battery is fully charged of course, and turning the starter nicely. I checked all fuses. I tested the fuel pumps which work if I jump the relay at points 87/4 and 30, the ECU is sending signals to the AMM, everything checks out fine yet there is no fuel or spark. Anyone else have this problem?

edit: Engine ran fine a week prior but the turbo from the shop was built improperly and also had to be swapped.
