Does anyone know where the Downshift/kickdown inhibitor is? 700 1989

I was looking over the circuit diagram for my 89 740GL B230F auto tranny AW7X to try to figure out what the hell is going on with my overdrive kicking down by itself when the RPM hits between 1500-2000.....I found that the diagram mentions a Downshift(kickdown) inhibitor. Just doesn't mention where it is or how exactly it functions. It does show that it connects up to the OD relay. I'm assuming that when the OD is engaged it "inhibit" the downshift that I'm getting when I let go the accelerator pedal...I don't know but I hope it's a start...I'm wondering if any of you know where/what it is?...thanks in advance
