Dead Wagon 200 1984

Here is the deal; my injectors are still not getting any power. I have spent the last three weeks in the field an are going to spend the next week in the field so there is only the weekend to get the wagon and move it to our new place before the wife tows the thing to the junkyard and stick me with a ford festiva I get power to the fuel pump, all the fuses seem to be fine. The Mass air meter is getting power, tested it on the orange wire. Now here is what I know. The yellow/red wire down by the passenger’s feet that runs to the ECM wiring harness does not supply the injectors with any power. That wire goes to the fuel pump. I snipped it and got no fuel flow So Where does the yellow/red wire that goes to the injectors come from? The relays are clicking over just fine. I know that one of the yellow/red wires runs into one of those relays down near the ECM. Now everything that I have tested has proven to be fine except that when testing continuity of either of the wires going to the injectors against ground I get that loud beeping noise out of my multi-meter. Also when testing that green/white wire plugged into the ECM I get good ground even with the car turned off. So the bottom line is that both of the wires going to my injectors get good ground but no power. Last two questions. Where specifically do the injectors get power? How do I test if the ECM is still working?
