still having problems 200 1986

My '86 240 is beginning to bug me. I can drive app 20 miles and it developes a miss.It cranks fine and runs fine up to about 20 miles to the mile. If you stop and it sits for over , say, a couple of hours, the miss is gone, until you reach about 20 miles. I have replaced the distributor cap (bosch) rotor (also bosch), plugs(bosch), and wires. I had new injectors put in, and about 8 months ago I bought a used AMM and installed. Car has run pretty well up until about 2 weeks ago and it started this miss. I use this car for work, and I can't keep throwing money at it, for mechanics to replace parts that don't solve the problem. I was thinking about replacing the ECM, but I thought I read some where here that they seldom give trouble. I nedd all the help I can get.....Thanks
