Center Support bearing and U-Joints 200 1990

Greetings,

I have a 1990 240 Wagon with 5-spd M47 tranny with 165K.

Recently, there is a bit of squeaky noise coming out from front. After some research I think it's likely that I need a center support bearing. Other reports that at around 150K the center support bearing is prone to cause problems.

Should I be buying the 44.5mm or 50.8mm bearing?

Would you recommend that I change all the u-joints while I am at it? At about 10 dollars a piece, it might seem reasonable to change on the account of preventative maintainence. What do you think?

eeuroparts.com also sell center support washers and springs, how many should I buy?

Thanks,
