Hesitation at initial startup. 200 1990

Hey folks,
Heres the problem. In the morning when I go out to start the car, it doesnt stay running the first time. Ill turn the key, the car will start and run for maybe 2-3 seconds then stall. If I turn the key again, it will start back up and if I lightly tap the gas pedal a few times it will stay running. After all that it runs quite well. I dont think its the main fuel pump since it runs great after the initial startup. I was thinking maybe the pre-pump in the gas tank or maybe even the fuel filter. It has about 190k on it and has recently been thoroughly tuned up with new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air mass meter, o2 sensor, & new exhaust from the cat back. Oh, and this problem im describing started happening all of a sudden, like fine one day, not fine the next. Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Matt
