Adding Cruise Control 200 1983

Greetings,

Is it possible to upgrade to cruise control. I have a 1983 244 turbo that I would like to put it in, and I have a parts car that is a 1985 245. So if it is possible, I would think that I have all the parts. Looking at the 85 wagon today I looked at the wiring going into the blinker, brights, cruise arm and then on the throttle body spool I noticed 3 wires on it. I figure one must be for the cruise control. Other 2 are kickdown and accelerator. So how can I go about this? It would certainly be nice, and probably save me some gas on the flat highways.
