Why are you re-building? 140-160

Is there any obvious performance loss or malfunction that you feel requires a re-build?
The rockers and shaft wear and are a standard fair wear and tear part at about 100-150k miles, depending on how you drive. (If your like me and rev out a lot to 6k rpm's, these last about 80k miles!) They can be re-built, but are relatively cheap compared to a re-build cost. When I owned a few 140's I always had a good spare one in the parts locker.
