Snow Tire Recommendations 900

I am looking for 4 snows for my 940 Turbo Wagon. I also need to get steel wheels to mount them on. I am thinking to use 195/65/15, rather than the stock 205/55/16, due to better selection, availability, lower price, and supposed marginally better traction. Any recommendations for a moderately priced tire for this application? I am on a tight budget for this.

Also, any luck with online tire retailers?
