740 headlight problem 700 1988

Ken,
That sounds like a great answer because I hear a "click" behind the ashtray when I turn the light switch on. Problem is I'm not sure where the relay that you speak of is located...? When I remove the ashtray and the fuse box cover, all I see are the 2 rows of fuses..? Do I need to take out the radio to get at the headlight relay? What does it look like? Thanks Ken. I'm desperate to fix this.
