Dash Electrical weirdness 900

This has happened a couple of times recently..

As I am driving (daytime with high beams on.. high because one low beam is burned out), the high beam indicator goes off and the fog light indicator and the left turn signal illuminate (turn signal does not blink when this happens). The bulb-out indicator also turns off.

The dash stays like this for a while (10's of minutes) and then seems to go back to normal after awhile.

Any of you guys seen this before? I just wanted to know if is some predictor of some future disaster.

Thanks

Seth
