Too Rich... 200

My 83' 242Ti will start when cold (but hard to do so), but will not start when warmed up at all, and after checking the plugs I can tell it is getting too much fuel. When it's running it staggers and has a hard time with idle, and when I rev up the engine black smoke comes out the tailpipe.

I just recently replaced the fuel filter, cap\rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires and air cleaner. Before I replaced all of these, it was getting bad mileage.

Just need some ideas on where to start looking. About 10 days ago the car was run totally out of gas and wouldn't start afterward, that's why I decided it would be time for a tune up.

Thanks for any ideas,
