Fuel pump questions. 200 1986

Bricks that sit for years tend to have bad hoses in the tank that crumble and clog the pump.. Always pull the pump on a car that has sat that long and replace the hoses and clean the tank as it too will have a lot of trash in it..For some reason this is the main problem that happens to them that sit..Its cheaper to clean than to replace..
