Excessive smoke still!! Even after cleaning out little black box (89 740 turbo) 700 1989

Hey Guys maybe you can help me with this one.

My engine has been leaking oil for a long time and smoking rather bad recently.

My friend told me it could be the clother breather box causing Excessive crank case pressure. So I took it off and cleaned it out. (it didn't seem all that gooped up). It did however help my Crank case pressure a bit. (as was found out by the no longer levetating oil cap test).

I am still getting a constant stream of smoke out of the tale pipe, especially when idling or after going into boost and coming to a stop.

Is this blow by? my compression numbers are OK. I inspected my hoses clean al beit a little oily.

Any suggestions? Thank for the help.
