From what I've been reading, there is only a fill hole , and this should be filled till it overflows. What 'bout draining? Do you use a pump? Or don't worry 'bout it. I've never filled til overflowing, I subscibed to the pinky nail measurement. Maybe why it has a whining idle. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
