1989 Volvo 740GL Auto

Hey everyone,

I tried posting in the "buyers" forum but noone's biting there. I am a bit of a Volvo neophyte, so I could really use some assistance here.

I'm scoping out a 1989 Volvo 740GL with the automatic tranny. It's got 250,000km (150,000mi) on the odo, and to have it safety certified (for sale) they had to replace the brakes (most likely the rotors, I would think, judging by the $600CDN price tag)

Anything I should be on the lookout for? They're selling it for $1500CDN -- I think it's a steal, but is there anything you guys see as a major thing to be checking out on her to ensure it doesn;t implode on me next month?
