crappy running... all sensors check ok, fuel press. ok... what next? 700 1988

Gang,

after performing a diagnostic check on all of my brick's sensors, ECT, AMM, O2, IAC, TPS, fuel injectors, fuel pumps, fuel pressure, everything checks out ok within specifications.

However, the thing still runs like crap. Very poor acceleration, lousy mileage... about 18mpg. although it isn't happening, it's almost like there's a hole in the gas tank it's so bad.

All of the electrical tests were performed at the ECU. The engine ground wiring checks out ok.

Is it possible that there is something only slightly bad? I've read that the AMM can be slightly bad, and still check out ok.

ANy thoughts on this? I am tired of getting such sh#tty performance from my car.

THanks.

Mike
