Ignition Control Unit 200

Hello,
I have a 1987 240 DL with electonic ignition control unit number 1346107. I am not getting 12 volts out of terminal #8 (the gray wire to terminal #1 on the fuel injection control unit). Is there anyone out there with a wiring diagram to the internal components of the ignition control unit or do you know of anyone who rebuilds these units? I tested two other units (84 & 88) in a wrecking yard and found both of them to have the same problem as mine so I'm thinking this may be a common problem and maybe people don't realize it as the car still runs but lacks acceleration and power going up hills.
Thanks for any info
Jim
