'89 765T Vacuum Hose Routing - Firewall 700 1989

In the process of ordering parts for the refurbishment of my newly acquired 765T with a dead engine. I plan on replacing all the vacuum hoses under the hood since the old ones look as though they are about to crumble into dust. I'm posting the question here because the car is 90 minutes away and I forgot to measure hose lengths before I last left it.

I want to replace the 4.2mm hose from:
* intake to "T" at firewall
* "T" splitter to pressure switch (at coolant bottle)
* "T" splitter to (???) on driver's side. Where does this hose end exactly?

My father measured approx. 2/4/4+ (respectivly) for the above. My biggest question is how much "+" should I add to the hose on the driver's side?

Thanks for your help,
Bean
