Will a points distributor from a 140 w/B20 engine fit an '81 240 with B21? 200 1981

My Volvo ('81 245) has an intermittent no-spark condition that is either a result of a bad module or bad wiring. Anyway, I can get a Pertronix electronic ignition for $60 on ebay but it will only work with a point-type distributor. The only 240s that had points were '82 or so Canadian market cars.

So I want to find a junkyard points-type and stick the Pertonix in it so my car will be reliable without spending hundreds of dollars on parts that I am not sure are bad. Will the 140 points distributor swap in?
