B Cam compairsion 200 1978

Sombody gave me a 78/242 that was bought in Europe and then ship over to the US.
I was doing a check on the top in and found out that it has a B cam I look the fourm and found things that didn't make sense on the compairsion of this cam.
What power can I expect out of this cam as say to a M cam or a VX -A -K.
When it comes to upping the power on engines I don't have that much experitices. The car was totaled out itn a wreck and has 75,000 miles on it.
Will it fit a 230F one thing that I did see was that it had a 44deg lap.
I have a feeling that one of my boy's will get this cam and put it in there Volvo while I'm out of town on bussiness.
