Air vent question 200

Is there an easy way to remove the front air vents that are just behind the hood? I know all the problems with leaves and such and also know you can make vent grills and Cowl or snow covers. But I would really like to make a vent grill that I can attach from inside the vent itself. Yea I know the method of strings and locking forceps to move the grills around and fasten it with some type of glue or wire tie.. Just wanted to take them apart so I could do it from within.. Guess I am a glutton for punishment or I am getting really bored...............ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Ok going to remove the oil pan from the wifes Jeep,, That should keep me busy for an hour or two./.
