Got my brake lights back, BUT...... 200 1991

It ended up being the brake light switch at the pedal. $9.00 Autozone.

The odd thing is with car not running, when the pedal is pressed, in addition to the brake lights blazing, my headlights come on as long as the pedal is pushed. When car is running it does not do this. I have no idea if it did this before I lost my brake lights, why would I check that.

Any thoughts, should I worry about this? Since I have my seats out anyway (in addition to making it easier to work, I needed to clean up all the dog hair and candy wrappers, and $3.00 in change) this would be a good time to address any othe under dash issues.

Thanks
