How do I remove the small triangle windows 200 1975

DOn't know about the glass, but I expect that is pretty straitforward by shoving a piano wire through the seal and then using it to "saw" the glass out.

I did remove the aluminum trim off a 244. If your 144 is the same it was held in by rivets so there is no easy way. I was in a junkyard and so grinding the heads off with a dremmel was not an option, but it's probably the best way. What i did was used a chisel to "cut" the very narrow portion of the aluminum outboard of each rivet and then I was able to worry the trim out with just a little bending. It isn't perfect, but it looks good.
