Could someone tell me if
195/65/14 tires can be used, without any problems or disadvantages,
on my daughter's '89 240.

The car currently has 185/70/14's that are in immediate need of
replacement.

Any clearance problems?

Also, the 240 Turbo wheels on my 1800 ES are 15".
Which 240 series years and/or models had 15 inch wheels and tires?
