O-ring kit for injectors, have I got wrong? 700 1988

Thanks Ringlee for the answer.

I found in the archive an another person with exactly the same problem as I have, he has put in a picture of the things in the kit and also a picture of the injector so one can see the problem all clear (link below).

Very strange that Volvo sell these kits when it is only the O-rings one can use and even worse when one have destroyed the thin spacer and plastic cone allready, very bad indeed!

I have to go down to the local car junkyard and try to pick out at least one healthy spacer from a injector (donīt think it is possible to save a cone without damage it) and try to use the new plastic cone. The hole at the opening of the cone is slightly wider also on the old cone than the newer so I probably have to drill it up a bit!

I am afraid when the injector squirts the fuel it has smaller chance to make its proper way into the manifold because it first have a narrower hole and then the hole is slightly longer away then it should be.

Much work and money for nothing I must say!
