Noisy belt 900 1991

The crank/water pump/power steering belt on my 91 940GL squeeks quite loudly when the engine is cold. It also does it when hot but not quite as loud. I have tried spraying belt dressing but that only lasts a day or so. I've had a look at the power steering pump and it seems to be out of alignment. The front is "pointing" in towards the engine. The pump mounting does not have any bushings on it. I can slacken off the belt pull the pump straight and retighten the belt but the pump seems to turn in again after a few days. Could this be a bent bolt or an elongated hole somewhere?
Any thoughts appreciated.

Regards
Brad
