Looking to buy a 95 960 900

Here's the ad:

"For Sale is a Beautiful 1995 Volvo 960. The car has the perfect color combination with a navy blue exterior and grey leather interior. The car has every option imaginable. Power steering, power brakes, abs, sips (side impact protection system), a/c, climate control, power moonroof, heated seats, dual power seats, Premium sound am/fm/cassette/cd changer in trunk, alloy wheels, wood grain accents, economy winter and sport package. This car looks and runs great. It really moves with the 6 cyl. 24 valve engine. It has 109K miles which is average of 12K miles per year. It is priced at $4,650."

is it priced right? Anything I should be particular over when looking/test driving it? I know about the timing belt sticker, AC at full throttle, and bad block thought i thought by 95, it was all fixed. Please inform me of everything I need to know when looking at this 960. thanks!
